2) A crowd funding platform like indiegogo, where people could raise funding for their idea and market test its appeal before actually plunging into its development
3) Once funding is secured or self-funded, entrepreneurs could post projects like on elance/odesk and could receive quotes from trusted and rated devs.
Hence providing Innovative Entrepreneurs and App Startups to realise their dream of releasing a disrupting App and be the new rockstars of App Ecosystem.
