It means that few people really understand what’s going on in their bank account. This is checkingyourbankbalanceaphobia and in 2014, Santander decided enough was enough. It was time to put a stop to intimidating streams of meaningless numbers appearing on-screen and replace them with personalised information that actually makes sense. SmartBank was born.
